These Service Terms outline the general terms and legal framework under which Valiant Firm, LLC provides search engine optimization (SEO), website development, digital marketing, and other professional services.
1. Scope of Services
Valiant Firm, LLC provides SEO-first marketing solutions designed to increase visibility, strengthen credibility, and drive high-intent traffic. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Email marketing and automation
• Technical optimization and analytics

All strategies are rooted in SEO principles and tailored to each client’s business model, competition, and market. Whether we’re building your search presence or supporting it through ads and infrastructure, our goal is measurable and sustained growth.
2. Hosting Requirement
To ensure optimal SEO performance and campaign visibility, Valiant Firm, LLC must host the client’s website and maintain full and unrestricted administrative access throughout the term of the engagement.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their brand, domain, and custom-built website designs. However, Valiant Firm, LLC may embed proprietary SEO frameworks, backend configurations, and methodology layers that remain the intellectual property of Valiant. These elements are provided only as part of active service delivery and may be removed or deactivated upon termination of service.
Clients understand they are purchasing the benefits and outcomes of our SEO services, not ownership of Valiant’s internal systems, code, automation, or trade secrets.
4. Exclusivity
Valiant Firm, LLC maintains a strict exclusivity policy. We serve only one client per industry per defined service area. This ensures our clients have a clear competitive advantage in their local market.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel service at any time with written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current paid billing cycle. Valiant Firm, LLC may also cancel service with written notice, which will only be exercised in good faith.
6. Performance Tracking & KPIs
Monthly performance reports will be provided with measurable key performance indicators (KPIs), including keyword movement, organic visibility, and traffic improvements. These benchmarks form the basis of our service commitment.
7. Legal Disclaimers & Limits
• All services are provided “as is” and “as available”
• Valiant Firm, LLC is not liable for third-party disruptions or search engine algorithm updates
• The total cumulative liability of Valiant Firm, LLC is limited to the amount paid in the three months prior to any dispute
• Clients waive participation in class actions and may not seek punitive damages
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes will be resolved in Leon County, Florida under binding arbitration, as outlined by the American Arbitration Association.
